The training was both eye-opening and con昀椀dence-boosting.
It provided invaluable insights into personality types,
communication styles, and practical strategies to enhance my
customer interactions and business approaches.
I now feel more equipped to pay attention to customer
personalities and tailor my approach accordingly. Overall, I
believe I can manage my future appointments more e昀케ciently
and apply the skills I’ve learned not just in my work, but also in
my daily life, which is fantastic.

clients and making them feel in safe hands from the outset.
I will be more aware of personality types and what might be
more important to them. Using the ‘Exploring what matters’
pad will also give me a better understanding of clients.
It’s made me reframe my phrasing, and I think it’ll help me
create a more well-rounded experience for customers.
It’s really helped to strip back how I would typically speak with
customers and actually focus on the relationship building and
catering to their needs on a much more personal level. This
enables not only a better and longer relationship but also a care
package rather than simple mortgage or protection advice.
