Hudson Rose Case Study rev4 SINGLES - Flipbook - Page 4
Growing without losing control
Hudson Rose’s ambitions remain clear: increase visibility on the high street and continue to grow
in adviser numbers. But crucially, that growth is on their own terms.
We aim to increase our visibility on the high street and continue to grow
in number. Stonebridge allows us this opportunity by acting as a support
without impeding our decisions or plans.
As the business moved from small AR 昀椀rm to a more established, multi-o昀케ce operation, regulatory
certainty became essential, but so did autonomy. Hudson Rose needed reassurance, not restriction.
Stonebridge is a solid backing and give us the regulatory certainty we need.
Support that evolves as the business grows
As a non-selling principal, Graham values clarity and collaboration. The relationship he has with his
Business Standards Manager allows Graham to maintain oversight without micromanagement.
I leave them to monitor team
performance, but they’ll always notify
me if there are concerns so we can
resolve things quickly together.
Business development support has become
equally strategic.
Lewis, our BDM, is an asset to
Stonebridge. A sounding board for
ideas and someone who helps us find
processes, courses and groups that
support our growth.
Culture that feels real
Culture is often talked about in vague terms, but for Hudson Rose it’s something you feel in the day-to-day.
As the business has grown, Graham has become increasingly conscious of the environments he chooses to
align with, particularly those that claim to be supportive, but rarely live up to it in practice.
