Hudson Rose Case Study rev4 SINGLES - Flipbook - Page 3
For many 昀椀rms, this stage of growth brings complexity. More people, more risk, and more decisions.
For Hudson Rose, it reinforced the importance of having the right support behind the scenes.
Why Stonebridge felt di昀昀erent
The decision to join Stonebridge wasn’t shaped
by a polished pitch or a rigid framework; it
came down to people and 昀椀t. Graham
recalls that he “really liked” those he met
in the Recruitment Team, and from there,
everything fell into place. In a business that
values personality and authenticity, that
initial connection made all the di昀昀erence.
A con昀椀dent start
Onboarding often sets the tone for a network
relationship and while Graham jokes about the 昀椀ner
details, the outcome speaks for itself.
I can’t really remember it… But I
do remember I had a jolly good time
at Southend Airport. And I came
away knowing how to do things, so it
must have been thorough and
well delivered.
The induction training reinforced that con昀椀dence,
combining hands-on exposure with real
conversations.
A network that encourages innovation
Innovation has always been part of Hudson
Rose’s identity. From early adoption of
technology to bespoke work昀氀ows, Graham
wanted a network that would enable progress,
not slow it down, complementing their
processes without interfering with their identity.
I wanted a network that would
be open to new ideas and the use of
technology. We were the first firm to
want to use digital signatures on fee
agreements, and this was allowed by
compliance without issue.
Equally important was independence.
The ability to ask questions and
be put through the system was
invaluable. The BDM support
post-course was also really useful.
I didn’t want a network
that dictated what we do. I wanted
one that actually assisted our
unique approach and supported
our success.
