Hudson Rose Case Study rev4 SINGLES - Flipbook - Page 2
Growth rarely follows a straight line. For many
昀椀rms, it begins with a single adviser, a clear
idea, and the courage to challenge how things
have always been done. For Hudson Rose, that
belief became the foundation of a business
that has grown steadily, deliberately, and
unapologetically di昀昀erently.
Founded in 2018, Hudson Rose has evolved from a
one-person operation into a multi-o昀케ce,
high-street brand, supported by a partnership
with Stonebridge that has enabled growth without
compromising independence. Throughout that
journey, the business has stayed true to its original
purpose: delivering mortgage and insurance advice
in a way that feels modern, human, and genuinely
customer-focused.
Meet Graham
At the heart of Hudson Rose is Graham, founder
and principal, whose approach to growth has
always balanced ambition with independence. As
the business has scaled, Graham has remained
focused on building something sustainable. A 昀椀rm
that re昀氀ects its values, embraces innovation, and
gives advisers the freedom to do their best work.
That mindset has shaped not only how Hudson
Rose operates day to day, but also the kind of
partners Graham chooses to work with.
From one room to the high street
Hudson Rose began life in February 2018 as a
“one-man band” operating from a single room.
What followed was a period of consistent year-onyear growth, driven by strong branding, bespoke
technology, and a commitment to exceptional
customer service.
Today, the business employs 13 people across four
high-street o昀케ces, a transformation that re昀氀ects
both demand and discipline.
Hudson Rose started in
Feb 2018 with the intention of
challenging the outdated stereotypes
of how mortgage and insurance advice
has to be delivered. From operating
as a one man band in a single room,
we’ve grown to a team of 13 with
four high street offices.
